• Use automated systems to extract data beyond API rate limits
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including software, algorithms, data models, and documentation, are owned by Nuvlio and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes.

5.3 Your Data

You retain ownership of data you upload to our platform. You grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

6. Payment Terms

• Fees are specified in your subscription agreement and are due as stated
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• We may change fees upon 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle
• Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUVLIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuvlio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
